DJIBOUTI and Somalia were 0-0 at half time during the opening fixture of this year’s Cecafa Challenge Cup at Lugogo Stadium in Kampala, early afternoon on Saturday.

The second match on the card in the nine-team competition — hit by the no-shows of three member countries and a proposed guest — pits Uganda, the most successful team in this event whose roots date back to 1926, against Burundi.
